In April 2013, a German Leopard 1 tank stands in
front of the Museum of Military History in Dresden, Germany. The tank is
covered with knitting made by the Dresden citizens called “Attack! Knitting for
peace. Taking a stand against war and violence with a cross-generational
handicrafts project.”
